On 20th November 2015 we held another successful Creative Curriculum day. KS1 children and staff dressed as bugs, whilst KS2’s topic was Victorians. The younger children enjoyed making snail biscuits, squashed fly cakes and stained-glass butterflies. Yr 3-6 pupils moved around a number of activities in mixed-age house groups, tasting a slice of Victorian school life with handwriting and drill lessons. Their leisure activities consisted of parlour games with ‘Queen Victoria’ and mixing and labelling home-made potions!
